1. Using PadelMatcher
These terms apply to the PadelMatcher service provided by Fluxality LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, or use the service with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian where required by law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information. Questions and support requests can be sent to support@fluxality.com.
2. Accounts and player information
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and use only an account you are authorized to access. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the information and content you submit, including ratings, memberships, availability, photos and match details. Ratings and club memberships are player-provided and are not independently verified by PadelMatcher.
3. Matches, invitations and club bookings
PadelMatcher helps players find each other and coordinate games. An invitation or request does not guarantee a place until the required acceptance or organizer approval occurs. Organizers and participants should confirm the date, time, location, available places, costs and club requirements before attending.
Court booking, club registration and payments take place outside PadelMatcher. A listed match, accepted invitation or displayed booking status is not confirmation from a club. External club links and bookings are subject to that club's terms, fees and cancellation rules. Contact the organizer or club about changes, refunds or court access.
We cannot guarantee player attendance, compatibility, conduct, skill level or court availability. Use your judgment about meeting other players and participating in sport, and follow venue rules.
4. Community conduct and content
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or defraud others; send spam; post unlawful content; share someone else's private information without permission; or attempt to bypass access controls. Submit only photos and other content you have the right to use.
You retain ownership of your content. You give Fluxality LLC permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide PadelMatcher, including showing profiles and match information to relevant members and delivering your messages. We may restrict accounts or remove content to address misuse, security issues or violations of these terms. Use the blocking feature or contact support@fluxality.com to report a concern.
5. Service notifications
PadelMatcher sends a welcome email when you create an account. Email alerts cover match invitations, requests, approvals, acceptances and cancellations, friend requests and acceptances, and grouped unread-chat notifications. You can manage these alert categories in your profile. Keep your contact information up to date and check the app for current match status. Contact support@fluxality.com for help.
6. PadelMatcher SMS match alerts
These terms apply when you separately enroll in text alerts from your profile. Enrollment requires control of your number, a verification code and an explicit consent selection.
- Program: PadelMatcher match alerts, operated by Fluxality LLC. Automated texts may include match invitations, join requests, confirmations, changes and cancellations.
- Optional enrollment: you must control the mobile number you provide and expressly opt in. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of creating or using a PadelMatcher account. Account signup, phone verification and accepting a match do not by themselves authorize recurring alerts.
- Frequency and cost: message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Match alerts are sent between 8 AM and 8 PM Pacific; verification codes are sent when requested.
- Opting out: reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation. Further program messages will stop unless you enroll again. SMS opt-out does not close your account or cancel a match.
- Help: reply HELP for assistance or email support@fluxality.com.
- Delivery: messages may be delayed or fail to arrive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Check the app for current match information.
- Number changes: tell us if you no longer control an enrolled number so we can stop sending messages to it.
Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Mobile messaging consent is not sold, rented or transferred to another sender. This program covers match-related notifications; promotional messaging would require separate consent.
7. Availability, changes and account closure
PadelMatcher is an evolving service. Features may change, and service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or other operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free information. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
You may stop using PadelMatcher at any time. Contact support@fluxality.com to request account closure or assistance. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users. Updates to these terms will be posted here with a revised effective date, with additional notice where required by law.
